This programme is followed by 52 weeks of Industry work experience.
This programme of study is appropriate for students who wish to follow a career specifically in Hotel, Restaurant or Tourism Management. It also provides opportunities for learners to gain a well recognised vocationally specific qualification to enter employment in hospitality management and develop skills and techniques essential for successful performance within a dynamic worldwide industry.
Industry work experience periods are guaranteed, arranged and fully assessed by Highgate Academy. This essential training experience carries credits toward final graduation.
