Healthy Way To Learn English
This course is better suited for adults and combines language learning with cooking sessions and a healthy lifestyle.
The course runs for two weeks with the aim of helping learners improve their English, eating habits and general lifestyle. Some of the topics covered will include: Eating Etiquette in England, Getting Children to Eat Healthy and Why Are We Getting Fatter.
Apart from the 20 hours of contact time with an English language tutor, learners will attend tutorials with qualified dieticians and nutritionists and enjoy cooking sessions daily with chefs.
Lunch will be at the college dining area and students will eat the food they have prepared. Recipes will use top-quality seasonal produce and focus on healthy eating habits.
Part of the course will also include walking trips along the coast and countryside, a picnic in Hyde Park and a visit to the famous Portobello Market in London. Students will also enjoy membership of a local health club.
